Please note that due to variations in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of the product may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen. Therefore, exchanges cannot be made based on these differences.
We will only process exchanges or refunds if the product received has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase by emailing images of the defective product to iinfo@vgsports.pk or calling us at +92 336 111 2498.
The product must be unused, with all labels attached. Once our team reviews the claim, you will be offered an exchange for a product of equal value. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Kindly allow two weeks for return processing and up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
